Our Team
Lead Pastor
Josh Munan
Hello! And welcome to Parkland Baptist Church.
My name is Josh Munan. I serve as the Lead Pastor at Parkland Baptist Church. So that you might know me a little bit better, let me briefly share some of my background and how I came to know the Lord. I was born in Washington DC and at a young age my family moved to Canada. I grew up in a secular Jewish home and during my teen years, I lived a sinful lifestyle. It was not until I was in my early twenties that I was exposed to the Gospel.
Eventually by a miracle of God, I got accepted into the University of Guelph in Ontario, hoping to follow in my dad’s footsteps of pursuing a career in the medical field, so I majored in the Biological Sciences. While a student at Guelph, I heard the Gospel in a powerful way and came to know the Lord Jesus as my personal Saviour. One evening in September of 1980, I attended a Christian meeting and after the speaker gave his message I was convicted of my sin, repented and accepted the Lord. Immediately I was a new man. The Lord gave me the power to leave my sinful lifestyle and I embarked on the great adventure of knowing Jesus and serving Him.
After graduating from Guelph University with a BSc, I worked as a research assistant in molecular biology and after a few years enrolled in the University of Alberta. It was there that the Lord made it clear He was calling me to serve Him in ministry in a full-time capacity.
After graduating from the U of A, I married my wife Karen, and then enrolled in seminary. After graduating, I entered the ministry.
I have served as a Bible College instructor, as a pastor in evangelical churches and in a Messianic Jewish Congregation. We served overseas in the Middle East for two years. We have 3 grown children, Matthew (Christie), Michele and Jonathan.
As your pastor, I look forward to helping you grow deeper in your walk with the Lord Jesus and to equip you to serve Him more effectively.

Associate Pastor of Family Ministries
Enoch Gray
Enoch Gray is a dedicated Christ follower and a family man. The most important thing to him is his relationship with God, allowing God to transform his life, and then encouraging others to do likewise. Because of his passion for God and call to ministry, he acquired a Bachelors of Arts degree with a major in pastoral ministry and had spent several years serving both as a pastor and also in international missions ministering to high school students and their families.
Enoch married his wife, Andrea, while they were in college and they now have five kids. This affords him with a wonderful opportunity to live out what he teaches and preaches (admittedly this is easier said than done). When he isn’t serving the church or caring for his family, Enoch greatly enjoys woodworking and reading.

Delores McWilliam
Since an early age, I knew who Jesus was, I just didn't understand that I could be in personal relationship with Him. I am forever thankful for a small group of ladies from Onoway Baptist Church, who 23 years ago, came alongside me and provided mentorship so that I too could be in fellowship with Jesus, my Lord and Saviour.
I came to Parkland Baptist Church in 2020 and immediately it felt like home. A place where the Bible is taught, Jesus is held in highest honour and where I am amongst the company of true believers.
My husband Tony and I are blessed as parents of 4 children and 5 grandchildren.
